“I stayed at InTown Suites in Madison, TN. , and had a really solid experience overall. The room was clean and pretty spacious, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus. The full-size fridge and microwave made it easy to do meals without eating out all the time. The bed was ok and everything worked the way it should. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. I’m giving it four stars because there were a couple small things that could be better, like a little reservations could have been more friendly. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, and I’d definitely come back if I needed another extended stay option.”

“The staff here are amazing and very good at doing there job to make sure everything gets done I have been here going on 5 months and I love it. The management before was very poor at everything that was getting done but now the management is very well mannered as well as on top of things to make sure you have the best stay as possible as long as I can stay here I probably won't decide to move it's the environment for me don't get me wrong now they are strict on rules but without structure how can u maintain a proper environment not just for you as an adult but for your kids and grandkids. I love it here and I recommend anyone to Intown Suites that is looking for long term or even temporary placement”

“I have stayed in Intown Suites for a year. Since Amanda took over as hotel manager with her assistant Neisha, Intown Suites has gotten better. All the homeless doesn't come in and stay. The doors are locked at 7pm every night and the place is more quiet now. The rooms are cleaner. I have recently moved in a studio apartment here at Intown Suites and I love it. It was clean when I moved in. Housekeeping is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly and will answer any questions at all. I recommend anyone to this facility. There are rules you have to abide by but we are all adults and know right from wrong. Christy is very helpful if you need anything after the office is closed at 7pm. Keep up the great work Amanda and Neisha. You make me stay a lot better with cleanliness and safety.”

“This is it if you want an amazing staff who make the whole experience great!!! The rooms are being renovated this time the right way bc the last owners/maintenance people didn't take pride in there job and cut corners so even though the actual room isn't what it should be, it's hard that way with this team finally. So I swear when I say the staff makes it unbelievable in so many ways by just being super friendly, organized, clean, and literally go outta there easy to make sure I'm happy with everything while still maintaining that wonderful attitude. And when I say this i don't mean sometimes or just a few people, I'm saying each staff member which it's really hard to find even one good one they have many! So if you're contemplating which place this is the one by far!”
